Energy Systems Management / TRS Incorporated, doing business as TRS Mechanical, Inc. (“TRS Mechanical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of mobile information.

1. Information We Collect

For work-related messaging, we may collect:

• Name and mobile telephone number

• Employee, technician, or contractor status

• On-call assignment information

• Message content and delivery information

• Records showing consent, opt-out, or re-enrollment

• Information provided when requesting HELP or support

1. How We Use Mobile Information

We use mobile information to:

• Send after-hours emergency dispatch alerts

• Coordinate on-call work and service assignments

• Send scheduling and operational updates

• Deliver and respond to work-related text messages

• Process STOP, START, and HELP requests

• Maintain records of consent and messaging preferences

• Protect our systems and comply with legal requirements

The Emergency Dispatch Alert Program is non-promotional. Message frequency varies, typically 1-2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Separate Messaging Programs

The RingCentral 1:1 conversational texting program and the TRS Mechanical Emergency Dispatch Alert Program are separate programs. Consent for one program is not automatically transferred to the other program.

1. No Marketing Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share necessary information with messaging carriers and service providers solely to deliver and manage requested work-related messages, process opt-out and HELP requests, maintain security, or comply with law. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Choices and Messaging Controls

Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe from the Emergency Dispatch Alert Program, START to re-enroll, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cause the mobile number to be used for unrelated marketing.

1. Data Protection and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect mobile information. We retain messaging and consent records only as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security purposes.
