Definitions. “Text Message Service” includes any arrangement where we send or receive messages to/from your mobile number (e.g., SMS/MMS).
Consent. By consenting to receive texts from us, you agree to these Terms, our General Terms, and Privacy Policy
E-sign disclosure. Your agreement may be recorded electronically. You can withdraw consent by replying STOP.
Costs. We don’t charge for texts, but msg & data rates may apply.
Frequency. This service is conversational person-to-person between you and our employees. Msg frequency varies depending on your interaction.
Opt-out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop texts for that conversation/number. You’ll receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START. Msg & data rates may apply.

Privacy (SMS-specific). We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through this service only to transmit messages and respond to you (including sharing with carriers/platform vendors to deliver messages). Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This SMS Privacy section applies to the Text Message Service and doesn’t replace our general Privacy Policy.
