24/7 ACCESS TO ASSISTANCE
No matter the day or time you call for service, you will speak with a live person. During our regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday), TRS Mechanical’s friendly and attentive office team will answer your call, provide assistance, and schedule a technician for your location. After hours, our answering service will collect the details of your concern. You will then receive a callback from our on-call technician, who will help determine if an emergency after-hours visit is necessary. If so, they will arrive at your facility within two hours of confirmation.
