No matter what day or what time you call for service, your call will be answered by a human. During our business hours, TRS Mechanical’s friendly and attentive office personnel will take your call, provide support, and coordinate the scheduling of a technician to visit your location. After business hours, our answering service will collect the details of your concern. You will receive a call back from our on-call technician, who will work with you to determine if an emergency after-hours visit is needed, and if necessary, will travel to your facility within two hours of confirmation.
