24/7 ACCESS TO ASSISTANCE
No matter when you call for service, you will speak with a live person. During our regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday), TRS Mechanical’s friendly office team will answer your call, provide assistance, and schedule a technician for your location. After hours, our answering service will collect the details of your concern, and our on-call technician will return your call to determine whether an emergency visit is needed. If an after-hours dispatch is required, a technician will arrive at your facility within two hours of confirmation.
